Shea and Jessica are married and have three children; Abram, Georgia and Wendy. Jessica helps with training and the caring for dogs and also does much of the administrative work for the business. Shea is the main trainer and teaches clients how to continue training once their dog goes home. Jaybird was founded in 2022 and offers board and trains and one on one lessons.
